If it’s peace you want, simply PAUSE.
Pause before:
Jumping to conclusions or making assumptions.
Judging someone or a situation without all facts.
Becoming offended. Offense is the cruelest peace thief ever.
Taking revenge.
Speaking, spending, posting, emailing, texting, deciding or acting impulsively or from emotion.
Eating from boredom, anxiety, loneliness or exhaustion.
Going down social media rabbit holes.
Complaining, envying or comparing.
THERE IS POWER IN THE PAUSE.
Just by pausing before proceeding with the goal and intention of protecting your peace is a life changer.
